Your complete happiness is very important to us at Unit Liner Company. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchases within ten days of receipt of your products, you may return your purchases to us or a refund or exchange. We do not charge re-stocking fees. Shipping on the original order is non-refundable.

How to return merchandise:

Within ten days of receipt of your products, call us at 800-633-4603. We will gather some basic information from you, issue a return number. Merchandise should be placed back into its original packaging for return shipment.

Unused portions of bulk items (such as pond liner, underlay, flexible tubing, etc.) cannot be returned for any reason.

Examples:

Customer A orders a 30' x 30' liner and can return the entire liner for a full refund within 10 days.

Customer B orders a 30' x 30' liner. A 5' x 30' strip cut from that liner may not be returned for any reason.
