Your staff is very friendly and I had no issues with shipping. You will always be highly recommended by me to others. I have enclosed a few pictures of a double tiered pond with two streams in my backyard I finished a little over a year ago. We loved it so much, we put a smaller pond in the front yard with some left over liner last week. I had in my mind the look I was after and worked through it with no help other than myself and the instructions that were sent with the materials. We love the beauty it adds to our yard and the sound of running water. Thanks for establishing a wonderful company with helpful staff and a user friendly web site. You should all be commended.
