Pondliner.com works hard to protect our wholesale customers and the long term health of the industry. Legitimate wholesalers are protected by screening all applicants. If you are new to the water gardening industry, please contact our knowledgeable staff and they will gladly assist with the initial set-up process. Approval time is usually one day and wholesale prices will not be honored until you are approved and entered into our system. In order to maintain the integrity of the water garden industry and our wholesale program, we have updated our wholesale pricing policy effective Jan. 1, 2007. Our policy reads as follows:
A qualifying wholesaler
- Must be in the water gardening industry and purchasing the product for resale, either through a store front, as an internet retailer, or by installing the products for customers.
- Must purchase $500.00 within a year of the time you sign up with us, and continue to purchase $500.00 annually.
If your purchase criteria has not been met by the end of the period covering 12 months from your sign up date, then your pricing will be changed to retail. After your first year your purchase criteria will be based on a calendar year. If your account is downgraded to retail pricing you will be promptly notified in writing of the change. Should this happen and you wish to be reconsidered you may reapply and your account will be evaluated based on the first criteria.
