I have had this pump running continously for over 2 years and still going strong. I have gone through too many Little Giant pumps. I do not have a filter installed so the impeller will get clogged up sometimes, slowing the flow down some. Planning on getting another larger pump when I expand my pond. The cover is easy to remove for cleaning and the snap-on hose connection is great.
